Having tried cheaper pads with elastic straps, I found the castor oil seeped through any stitching after the pad was saturated, affecting clothes and bedding. These pads have no stitching across them at all so do not leak! I find the pack easy to use and the Castor Oil is top quality being in a glass Bottle (no contamination from a plastic bottle.) it's definitely thicker than others I've bought. I've had lots of intestinal ailments and a major op and the Castor oil application always soothes away soreness and niggles and even pain. I also really like the sturdy cardboard tube to keep it in, although the second one I bought recently for my husband came in a lighter flat box that I don't think will be as good.

I have only used this a few times but my goodness has it helped me with my conditions. It's easy to use with simple clear instructions. The packaging is great, the product is as it was described and works a dream i had it on over night but also swapped to daytime use and it was no bother at all . I am doing a monthly log after 3 months I will review this again for a full informed review. So far only used it a handle full of times it has done wonders for my belly and general pain and i can only imagine after 3 months what the outcome will be.
